The reason we call it transformational Leadership is because you need to change YOU before you can do anything else and if you are doing not have in management ability then you are changing yourself in addition to here your company leadership. This is appropriate in all areas of our lives. Leadership is found out. Management is made. Management is a quality you should posses to take your company and life to the highest levels possible!

The only method a leader can make his title as "Servant Leader" is through humility and total surrender to Jesus Christ. And humbleness and overall surrender come as a result of having more of Jesus and less of ourselves. As John the Baptist stated in John 3:30: He needs to increase, but I must reduce.
